At a busy trade show, a booth has only a few seconds to capture attention. A large LED wall can turn that brief moment into a reason for attendees to stop, look, and learn more.
For the 2026 AOPA National Assembly at Mandalay Bay Convention Resort in Las Vegas, Popshap supported a booth built around a bold digital centerpiece. The 5x5 LED wall gave the space greater visibility while creating a clear place for branded video, product visuals, and key messaging.
The LED wall served as the visual anchor of the booth. Its size helped the display stand out across the show floor, while the bright digital content gave the space movement and energy.
Unlike printed graphics that remain fixed throughout an event, an LED wall gives exhibitors the freedom to rotate content. Videos, product demonstrations, branded visuals, and important messages can all share the same display without adding more signs or taking up additional booth space.
This creates a cleaner presentation and gives attendees more to notice as they approach from different areas of the show floor.
The installation used a 5x5 configuration of 1.9mm LED tiles. The fine pixel pitch helped produce sharp visuals at the closer viewing distances common inside an exhibit hall.
That detail matters when a screen includes product imagery, smaller text, or close-up video. Attendees should be able to understand the content whether they see it from the aisle or step closer to explore the booth.
With the wall placed at the center of the structure, the digital content felt like part of the booth design rather than an added screen.
A strong booth presence is about more than size. Every visual element should guide attention and support the experience inside the space.
The LED wall added scale without overwhelming the booth. Its placement framed the content, kept the design balanced, and helped lead the eye toward the main message. The surrounding structure created a clean border that made the screen feel even more prominent.
This type of display can help exhibitors introduce products, reinforce brand messaging, feature campaign content, or keep visuals changing throughout the event. The result is a booth that feels active from the opening hour through the final day.
The finished display is only one part of an LED wall project. Tile configuration, content dimensions, booth measurements, installation timing, testing, and on-site support all affect the final result.
For this installation, Popshap provided on-site technical support to help ensure the wall was assembled, tested, and ready for the show. Careful planning behind the scenes helped create a polished display on the show floor.
