Abrigo ThinkBIG Conference 2026
Popshap partnered with Abrigo to deliver a large-scale show management and digital display experience for ThinkBIG Conference 2026 at the Fairmont Austin Hotel. The project combined immersive LED environments, interactive touchscreen stations, LED poster displays, and directional show management signage to create a connected attendee journey across the conference floor. From the General Session LED arch entrance to Innovation Hall LED walls and registration wayfinding, every installation was designed to improve navigation, strengthen branding, and increase engagement throughout the venue.
LED General Session Arch
A custom LED arch installation transformed the General Session entrance into a high-visibility branded experience. The structure created a clean attendee entry point while reinforcing conference identity and improving directional flow into key session areas.
Large LED Walls
Multiple large-format LED walls were installed throughout Innovation Hall and surrounding conference areas to showcase Abrigo solutions, sponsor messaging, and dynamic digital content. The displays created strong visual anchors that remained visible across the venue floor.
Touchscreen Kiosks and Demo Stations
Interactive touchscreen kiosks with floor stand configurations supported product demonstrations, attendee engagement, and digital information access throughout the conference. The stations provided a clean, modern experience while helping visitors interact directly with Abrigo content.
LED Posters and Wayfinding Displays
LED poster displays were strategically positioned throughout registration areas, meal zones, and attendee pathways to support navigation, schedules, branding, and directional messaging. Their slim footprint allowed for high-impact visuals without disrupting event traffic flow.
