ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition 2026

Popshap brought a wide range of interactive event technology to the 2026 ASAE Annual Meeting & Exposition at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Designed as a hands-on technology experience, the Popshap booth gave association leaders and event professionals an opportunity to explore touchscreen kiosks, LED digital signage, photo experiences, and custom LED structures in one engaging space. Rather than displaying individual products separately, the booth demonstrated how multiple solutions can work together to attract attendees, share information, encourage interaction, and support event branding. Visitors could experience the technology firsthand while discussing ways each solution could be adapted for conferences, annual meetings, registration areas, sponsor activations, and exhibit halls.

Touchscreen Kiosks

Popshap’s touchscreen kiosks gave ASAE attendees a firsthand look at how interactive technology can simplify access to event information.

The kiosks can be customized for registration, self-check-in, schedules, maps, surveys, directories, presentations, lead capture, and sponsor content. Their flexible software allows each experience to be adapted to the goals and branding of a specific conference or association.

At the booth, attendees could interact directly with the screens and see how the kiosks create a convenient self-service experience while keeping information clear and accessible.

LED Digital Signage

LED digital posters added bright, high-impact messaging throughout the Popshap booth.

Unlike printed signage, digital content can be changed throughout an event without replacing physical graphics. Event teams can rotate schedules, announcements, videos, sponsor advertisements, directional messaging, and branded content from the same display.

The connected display configurations also demonstrated how multiple LED posters can work together to create a larger visual installation. This gives event organizers more flexibility when designing entrances, booth backwalls, information areas, and sponsor activations.

Interactive Photo Experiences

Popshap’s photo technology demonstrated how an interactive experience can encourage attendees to participate instead of simply passing by a booth.

Guests can capture branded photos, explore customized content, and receive a digital takeaway that can be shared after the event. Each experience can be designed around an event theme, sponsor campaign, association message, or specific activation.

For exhibitors and show organizers, the experience provides an opportunity to increase booth engagement while creating additional branding and sponsorship value.

Custom LED Structures

Custom LED elements gave the Popshap booth a distinctive visual identity and helped demonstrate how digital technology can be incorporated into the physical design of an event space.

Instead of relying only on traditional banners and printed graphics, LED structures can display moving content, branded animations, sponsor messaging, and event visuals. The content can be updated as the event progresses, allowing one installation to support several messages or activations.

These custom configurations can be used for booth entrances, arches, branded backdrops, stage elements, registration environments, and other high-traffic areas.

The first goal of the booth was to create a strong presence inside one of the industry’s largest association events.

Bright LED content and custom digital elements helped establish the booth as a clear destination on the exhibit floor. The displays introduced the Popshap brand from a distance while giving attendees a visual preview of the technology available inside the space.

The booth layout allowed the products to remain visible and approachable without making the experience feel overcrowded. Each solution contributed to the overall design while still having enough space to demonstrate its individual capabilities.

Once attendees entered the booth, they could move beyond a traditional product presentation and interact directly with the technology.

Touchscreen kiosks allowed visitors to explore digital content and understand how similar systems could support registration, attendee information, sponsor activations, and lead capture at their own events.

The photo experience added another level of participation by showing how technology can turn an event interaction into personalized content. This combination helped create more natural conversations around actual attendee needs and event goals.

The completed booth demonstrated the value of combining several event technology solutions within one coordinated environment.

LED displays attracted attention and delivered branded content. Touchscreen kiosks supported self-service interaction and information sharing. Photo technology created an engaging attendee experience, while custom LED structures connected the technology with the overall booth design.

By presenting the solutions together, Popshap showed how technology can support multiple parts of an event—from the first visual impression to direct interaction and post-event sharing.

The ASAE booth gave event professionals a practical look at how these products could be adapted for annual meetings, conferences, exhibit halls, registration areas, sponsor activations, and association events of different sizes.
