Cvent CONNECT 2026
Cvent CONNECT 2026 brought event professionals, marketers, and hospitality leaders together at Music City Center in Nashville from July 13 through July 16. The flagship conference focused on AI, event led growth, professional education, product innovation, and meaningful industry connections across more than 150 sessions, workshops, and networking experiences. Popshap helped create an engaging event environment across two show floor locations. A large back to back LED wall delivered a powerful visual centerpiece, while a 49 inch touchscreen kiosk and touchscreen table gave attendees hands on ways to engage with digital content. A separate LED digital poster expanded branded visibility beyond the main activation, supported by custom software and onsite technical service.
Back to Back LED Impact
A large 1.9 millimeter LED wall created an immersive visual anchor with branded content visible from both sides. The large format display gave the activation a strong presence while helping it stand out across the busy convention environment.
Interactive Touchscreen Kiosk
A 49 inch white touchscreen standup kiosk gave attendees an easy way to explore digital content. Its clean design fit naturally into the activation while creating a practical touchpoint for self guided engagement.
Touchscreen Table Engagement
A 49 inch touchscreen table added a collaborative and hands on layer to the experience. Attendees could gather around the display, explore content, and engage through an open and approachable format.
Extended Digital Visibility
A single sided 1.9 millimeter LED digital poster supported a second location on the show floor. The compact display expanded branded visibility and created another flexible space for event messaging, graphics, and visual content.
The back to back LED wall transformed the activation into a bold visual destination that immediately stood out inside Music City Center. The large display featured vibrant Nashville imagery that connected the activation to the host city while creating a polished and memorable backdrop.
With content visible from both sides, the LED wall helped attract attention from multiple directions and increased visibility as attendees moved throughout the show floor. Its size, brightness, and seamless presentation gave the space a strong centerpiece that supported branding, photography, and attendee engagement.
The touchscreen kiosk and touchscreen table gave attendees multiple ways to explore digital content at their own pace. Each display provided a clean and approachable interaction point that encouraged guests to stop, engage, and spend more time within the activation.
The standup kiosk supported individual interaction, while the touchscreen table created a more collaborative experience where multiple attendees could gather around the display. Together, the products added flexibility to the space and helped turn digital content into a hands on part of the event experience.
Custom software supported the interactive displays and helped ensure the content was presented in a smooth and easy to use format. The technology was prepared to match the needs of the activation, allowing each display to function as part of one coordinated event experience.
An onsite technician also provided support throughout the event to help manage the equipment and address any technical needs. From installation and testing to live event support, Popshap helped keep the technology running smoothly so the event team could stay focused on attendees, programming, and the overall experience.
