Experiential Marketing Summit 2026
At Experiential Marketing Summit 2026, Popshap supported a platinum 20x20 booth package designed to create a high impact brand experience inside the MGM Grand Las Vegas. The booth combined LED walls, translucent LED, an LED arch tunnel, touchscreen kiosks, a touchscreen table, wall mounted LED panels, and an interactive touchscreen monitor that controlled the LED arch experience. Together, these solutions helped create a booth environment built for visibility, color, interaction, and attendee engagement.
Full Platinum Booth Package
The EMS 2026 booth used Popshap’s platinum 20x20 package to bring multiple digital solutions into one connected environment. Instead of relying on a single display, the booth combined LED walls, touchscreen kiosks, a touchscreen table, an LED arch tunnel, and wall mounted LED panels.
This gave the booth more ways to attract attention, display content, and support engagement. The complete package helped the space feel premium, intentional, and built for a high traffic event environment.
LED Walls for Color and Visibility
The 6x4 LED 1.9 B Matrix LED wall created a bold visual anchor for the booth. Its bright color output and large format helped branded content remain visible from surrounding aisles and nearby traffic areas.
The 2x5 translucent LED wall added another visual layer to the booth design. Together, the LED walls helped create a stronger sense of depth, motion, and visual energy throughout the space.
Interactive LED Arch Experience
The LED arch tunnel was one of the most immersive pieces of the booth package. Built with 2x7, 2x5, and 2x7 1.9 GOB LED sections, the arch created a walkthrough style visual experience that helped the booth stand out.
A 49 inch touchscreen monitor controlled the LED arch, allowing attendees to choose from three different content experiences. This turned the arch into an interactive booth feature and gave visitors a more memorable way to engage with the display.
Touchscreen Engagement Points
The booth included two 49 inch black standing kiosks and one 49 inch black table kiosk to support interactive content throughout the space. These touchscreen elements gave attendees more ways to explore information, engage with visuals, and interact with the booth experience.
The touchscreen table added another layer of engagement by creating a more hands on format for content exploration. Combined with the standing kiosks, the booth had multiple interaction points designed to keep visitors engaged longer.
Building the Visual Foundation
The booth started with a strong LED foundation built around visibility and color. The 6x4 LED 1.9 B Matrix LED wall served as the main display feature, helping create a large scale visual anchor within the 20x20 booth space.
Additional LED elements, including the 2x5 translucent LED wall and four 1x4 wall mounted 1.9 GOB LED displays, extended digital content across the booth. This helped create a more complete visual environment instead of one isolated display.
Creating the Interactive Arch Experience
The LED arch tunnel gave the booth a more immersive and experiential element. Built with 1.9 GOB LED sections, the arch created a branded walkthrough feature that helped draw attention and encourage visitors to step into the space.
The 49 inch touchscreen monitor added control to the experience, allowing attendees to choose between three different LED arch visuals. This made the arch feel more interactive and helped connect the physical booth structure with digital engagement.
Supporting Engagement Across the Booth
The booth included two 49 inch standing kiosks and one 49 inch table kiosk to support attendee interaction. These touchscreen displays created multiple points where visitors could engage with content beyond the main LED features.
Together, the kiosks, table, LED walls, arch tunnel, and wall mounted LED displays created a complete platinum booth experience. For EMS 2026, the setup showed how digital signage and interactive technology can work together to create stronger visibility, better engagement, and a more memorable event presence.
