Dual LED Wall Display
Two LED walls sized 7x6 and 9x6 gave the Forge Biologics booth a flexible, high impact visual backdrop visible across the show floor. The varied sizing allowed the team to anchor different zones of the booth, with the larger wall serving as the primary focal point for branding and messaging while the second wall supported secondary content and sponsor visibility. Together they created a cohesive, large format presence that stood out among the rows of competing exhibitors at BIO 2026.
Interactive Touch Screen Table
A 43 inch black touch screen table with a custom branded game activation and vinyl logo finish turned booth visitors into active participants rather than passersby. The activation gave attendees a reason to stop, engage, and spend more time at the booth, creating natural openings for the Forge Biologics team to start conversations. The vinyl logo wrap kept the unit fully on brand and consistent with the rest of the booth's visual identity.
Presentation Audio Support
Two audio kits, each with microphones, speakers, and a mixer, supported live presentations and one on one conversations throughout the booth. With five wireless microphones and an 8 port mixer in total, the setup gave the Forge Biologics team the flexibility to run scheduled talks, informal pitches, and group discussions without sacrificing audio clarity on a noisy convention floor.
