GMAC World 2026 Case Study

Popshap brought show management support and a full range of digital technology to GMAC World 2026 in Orlando, helping shape the attendee experience throughout the show. A large double-sided LED entrance arch welcomed attendees with dynamic content, while touchscreen tables, RFID gamification, interactive kiosks, an AI selfie experience, and digital posters encouraged participation across the event. Popshap also had a booth at the show featuring a 49-inch interactive kiosk and translucent LED poster, giving attendees a firsthand look at our technology. From custom development and installation to onsite technical support, each element worked together to create a more engaging and visually impactful show experience.

A Dynamic LED Entrance

A large double-sided LED arch created a recognizable entrance and established the visual experience from the moment attendees arrived.

Built with 42 LED tiles at a 1.9mm pixel pitch, the arch displayed bright, dynamic content that remained visible from multiple directions. Custom truss construction and Sintra finishes helped integrate the structure into the overall show environment.

Interactive RFID Experiences

Five 43-inch touchscreen tables and 12 RFID scanners created multiple opportunities for attendees to participate.

Custom RFID integration added a gamified layer to the experience, turning the technology into an activity that encouraged interaction, exploration, and continued engagement throughout the show.

Custom Digital Engagement

A 43-inch touchscreen kiosk, built-in camera, and custom AI selfie widget created another interactive experience for attendees.

Users could choose from three developed backgrounds, create personalized content, and engage directly with the technology through a simple touchscreen experience.

Complete Show Technology

An XL digital poster and two LED digital posters expanded dynamic content across the event while supporting messaging beyond the entrance.

Custom software development, hosting, API integration, installation, and onsite technical support helped bring every digital element together and keep the experience operating smoothly.

The LED entrance arch served as a major visual landmark for GMAC World 2026.

Its double-sided construction allowed attendees approaching from different directions to see dynamic event content before entering the main experience.

The combination of 1.9mm LED tiles, custom truss work, and finished Sintra elements created a polished structure that added scale, movement, and visibility to the show entrance.

Five touchscreen tables created dedicated stations where attendees could interact with digital content and participate in the RFID experience.

Twelve RFID scanners supported the custom gamification system, giving visitors multiple opportunities to take part as they moved through the event.

Together, the touchscreen and RFID technology transformed attendee participation into a more active and memorable part of GMAC World 2026.

Interactive kiosks, a camera-powered AI selfie widget, and multiple LED digital posters extended the experience beyond the entrance and RFID stations.

Custom software, hosting, API calls, and content development supported the digital activations behind the scenes.

From installation through show close, onsite technical support helped keep the equipment, software, and interactive experiences running smoothly as one complete event technology package.
