Interactive Wayfinding Kiosks
A powerful network of 11 touchscreen kiosks—strategically positioned across the expo hall, main concourse, and Level 3—delivered instant access to maps, sessions, and exhibitor listings. These 49-inch touchscreen kiosks helped streamline navigation for tens of thousands of attendees, reducing congestion and making it easier for show management to guide traffic throughout the venue.
High-Impact LED Structures & Entry Experiences
From a massive LED entrance arch built with 42 tiles to four double-sided LED towers and additional single-sided displays, Popshap transformed the show floor into a fully branded visual environment. These LED rentals supported looping video, show announcements, and sponsor messaging—ensuring high visibility from all angles and elevating the attendee arrival experience from the moment they stepped in.
Immersive Launch & Activation Zones
Popshap powered multiple feature areas, including LED floor displays, standing LED walls, and a dynamic 360-degree photobooth. These activations created immersive moments for attendees, amplified product launches, and offered exhibitors interactive spaces that encouraged engagement, content sharing, and social visibility.

With custom software, onsite technicians, and dedicated content support, Popshap provided a onse stop, white glove service for the Global Pet Expo. Our team ensured seamless content scheduling, real-time updates, and flawless operation across all LED and interactive displays, helping show management maintain a cohesive and impactful digital environment from start to finish.
Popshap partnered with Global Pet Expo in Orlando to elevate the attendee journey through end-to-end interactive digital signage. Across the convention center, Popshap deployed 11 touchscreen wayfinding kiosks, each branded with custom vinyl graphics and loaded with intuitive navigation tools for sessions, floorplans, and exhibitor directories. These placements—spanning the expo hall, concourse entrances, and Level 3—served as high-traffic information hubs designed to streamline movement and reduce reliance on static signage.
Alongside the kiosks, Popshap installed a collection of impactful LED structures, including four double-sided LED towers, single-sided displays, and a large LED entrance arch. These LED video rentals played a dual role: delivering official show content while also offering premium sponsorship opportunities. Sponsors were able to leverage high-visibility real estate on the show floor to broadcast branded animations and promotional messaging. Additional LED elements—such as the DOG TV LED feature wall, LED floor tiles for launch activations, and standing LED walls—created an environment filled with motion, energy, and continuous visual engagement.
To round out the immersive experience, Popshap designed and supported multiple interactive activation zones. The 360 photobooth quickly became a guest favorite, generating shareable content for attendees and added visibility for the show. Powered by Popshap’s software platform, onsite technicians, and custom content packages, the digital signage remained cohesive and responsive throughout the event. This full-service approach allowed Global Pet Expo to deliver an elevated, tech-forward experience for attendees while giving show organizers and exhibitors new ways to communicate, engage, and grow their presence.
