Popshap supported Money20/20 with a full suite of show management digital signage solutions designed to improve event navigation, communication, and operational efficiency across four levels of the Venetian Expo & Convention Center. A strategically deployed network of 28 double-sided LED digital posters and 18 single-sided folding LED posters replaced static printed signage, delivering real-time updates for session schedules, directional pathways, escalators, lounges, and key entrances. This multi-level directional digital signage system allowed show organizers to centrally manage content while ensuring consistent, venue-wide messaging throughout the event.

To enhance attendee navigation and reduce on-site friction, Popshap deployed 13 interactive 43-inch touchscreen tables powered by custom interactive wayfinding software developed specifically for large-scale trade shows. These interactive wayfinding touchscreen kiosks enabled attendees to search exhibitors, sessions, lounges, sponsors, and amenities while generating optimized routes across the event footprint. By integrating event navigation technology directly into the show environment, the wayfinding system supported show management operations, improved traffic flow, and reduced reliance on staff assistance.

LED show management towers

Event branding and sponsorship activation were amplified through six two-sided 1.9mm LED towers, each featuring a full middle LED panel to maximize digital sponsorship display opportunities in high-visibility locations. These LED tower displays delivered dynamic sponsor content, exhibitor messaging, and real-time show communications. In the Adyen Lounge, one of the event’s premier activation spaces, Popshap installed two 6x5 high-resolution LED video walls (496 cabinets total) to create an immersive visual experience. Together, these trade show LED displays, interactive kiosks, and show management digital signage solutions formed a cohesive digital ecosystem that elevated attendee engagement while giving show organizers modern, scalable tools for communication, branding, and sponsorship monetization.
