Visit Dallas
At Cvent CONNECT 2026, Visit Dallas created a bold and interactive booth experience designed to capture attention and represent the city through vibrant visuals and engaging digital technology. Popshap helped bring the booth to life with a large back to back LED wall featuring the Dallas skyline, a 49 inch touchscreen standup kiosk, and a 49 inch touchscreen table. Custom software connected the interactive displays, while branded vinyl graphics and onsite technical support helped create a polished and dependable experience. Popshap also supported a separate CNTV area with a single sided LED digital poster, extending digital messaging into another part of the event while keeping the Visit Dallas booth at the center of the project. Together, the technology transformed the Visit Dallas booth into an inviting destination where attendees could stop, explore content, and experience the energy of Dallas.
Dallas at Full Scale
A large back to back LED wall displayed vibrant imagery of the Dallas skyline across both sides of the structure. The display gave Visit Dallas a powerful visual centerpiece that could capture attention from multiple directions across the show floor.
Interactive Touchscreen Kiosk
A white 49 inch touchscreen standup kiosk gave attendees an approachable way to explore digital content. Its clean design complemented the booth while creating a dedicated point for individual interaction.
Collaborative Touchscreen Table
The 49 inch touchscreen table created an open and inviting space for attendees to gather, explore content, and engage together. The horizontal display supported conversations and more collaborative interactions within the booth.
Visibility Beyond the Main Booth
Along with the main Visit Dallas experience, Popshap provided a single sided LED digital poster for the separate CNTV area. The additional display extended digital visibility across the event while supporting messaging outside the primary booth.
Bringing Dallas to Life at Full Scale
The back to back LED wall became the visual centerpiece of the Visit Dallas booth. Large scale imagery of the Dallas skyline brought the destination directly onto the show floor and gave attendees an immediate sense of place before they interacted with any other part of the experience.
Because digital content appeared on both sides, the booth remained visible as attendees approached from different directions. The scale and brightness of the wall helped Visit Dallas stand out within the venue while creating a polished background for conversations, photography, and attendee engagement.
The display did more than provide a large screen. It gave the booth a recognizable visual identity that reflected the architecture, personality, and energy of Dallas.
Creating More Ways to Explore
The touchscreen standup kiosk and touchscreen table brought hands on interaction into the Visit Dallas booth. Instead of relying only on printed materials or passive visuals, attendees were given multiple ways to explore digital content directly within the space.
The standup kiosk created a focused experience for individual users, while the touchscreen table encouraged a more open and collaborative interaction. Multiple attendees could gather around the table, explore content, and participate in conversations without interrupting the flow of the booth.
Together, the displays gave Visit Dallas the flexibility to support quick interactions, deeper exploration, and longer conversations with attendees interested in learning more about the destination.
Supporting the Complete Event Experience
Custom software helped connect the touchscreen experiences and present digital content in a clear and easy to use format. Each display was prepared to support the Visit Dallas booth while maintaining a consistent and polished presentation across the technology.
Branded vinyl logos strengthened the Visit Dallas presence and helped the equipment feel like a natural part of the overall booth design. An onsite technician supported installation, testing, and live event operation so the LED wall, touchscreen displays, and software continued working together smoothly.
Popshap also provided a single sided LED digital poster for the separate CNTV area. While Visit Dallas remained the primary focus of the project, the additional display expanded Popshap’s support into another section of the event and created another visible location for digital content.
The complete setup allowed the Visit Dallas team to stay focused on attendees, conversations, and representing the city while Popshap managed the technology supporting the experience.
