High Impact Event Experience at BCMC 2026

BCMC 2026 brought exhibitors, attendees, and industry professionals together in Columbus for two days of activity across the show floor.

For the event, Popshap provided interactive touchscreen technology designed to make digital information easier to access and explore.

The setup combined touchscreen tables with exhibitor software and onsite installation, creating practical digital touchpoints that supported attendee interaction throughout the show.

Interactive Technology Built for the Show Floor

Touchscreen tables gave attendees a simple and approachable way to engage with digital content during BCMC 2026.

Their horizontal format created a shared viewing surface that could support browsing, presentations, and self-guided interaction without taking over the surrounding space.

The result was technology that felt integrated into the event rather than added on.

Supporting Attendee Interaction

Interactive technology can give attendees more control over how they explore information.

At BCMC 2026, the touchscreen tables provided a direct way to access digital content while creating natural points of engagement across the show floor.

This type of setup can help exhibitors and show teams present information in a format that is easy to use and visually clean.

Hardware, Software, and Installation Working Together

A successful interactive setup depends on more than the physical screen.

Popshap also supported the event with exhibitor software and installation, helping ensure the technology was ready for use within the show environment.

By bringing the hardware, software, and onsite setup together, the experience remained consistent from installation through attendee interaction.

A Focused Approach to Event Technology

Not every event needs a large amount of technology to create a strong experience.

At BCMC 2026, a focused use of touchscreen tables created useful interactive touchpoints while keeping the event environment open and practical.

The project showed how the right technology, placed with purpose, can support attendee engagement without overcomplicating the show floor.
