We have introduced a lot of new innovations across shows this year, and it became clear they deserved a closer look.
Instead of treating each as a one off, we are breaking them out into a series to highlight how these builds are evolving the way brands show up on the floor. Each feature focuses on real applications, real environments, and what is actually working in today’s event landscape.
This is Part 1.
What we are seeing right now is a move away from just bigger displays toward more intentional design.
It is no longer about filling space. It is about using structure, placement, and motion to guide attention. The strongest booths are creating layered visibility that works from multiple angles without overwhelming the environment.
Here are three Popshap exclusives doing exactly that.
At Sea Air Space 2026, AEVEX took a different approach using a segmented LED video wall to create a split panel visual that hits from multiple angles.
The layout builds separation, depth, and movement across the booth, turning simple content into something that feels intentional and hard to ignore. Instead of one continuous display, the segmentation allows each section to work together while still creating variation.
The result is a more dynamic presence that pulls attention in from the aisle and holds it longer without overwhelming the space.
A strong example of how structure can elevate the entire visual experience.
At Medicarian 2026, half moon LED towers were used at the entrance to create an immediate visual statement.
The curved format allows content to stay visible from multiple angles, making it ideal for high traffic entry points. Whether promoting the show or highlighting sponsors, the design ensures messaging is always in view.
Beyond visibility, the structure adds presence. It frames the entrance, supports flow, and sets the tone before attendees even reach the floor.
One of the most efficient formats we are deploying right now is the slim LED hanging poster.
These displays are double sided, ultra thin, and suspended with minimal rigging. At around two inches thick, they deliver strong visual impact without adding weight or complexity to the build.
Because they are elevated, they naturally capture attention from a distance and across multiple sightlines. The double sided format ensures content is always facing traffic, maximizing exposure in tighter spaces.
A clean solution that scales across hotels, trade shows, and exhibit environments.
All three of these builds point to the same shift.
More intentional visibility
Better use of space
Stronger engagement without added complexity
It is not about more screens. It is about smarter execution.
The booths making the biggest impact right now are not just the largest.
They are the most intentional.
This series is about highlighting those decisions and showing how they translate on the floor.
