OVERVIEW
As a longtime ASAE event technology partner, Popshap helped create an interactive experience for the Reggie Henry Celebration. The activation combined photo capture, AI automation, touchscreen technology, and connected LED displays to give attendees a memorable way to participate in the event.
Guests could capture a photo, watch it become a creative AI generated image, and then see the finished content displayed throughout the venue. This created a complete experience that moved beyond a traditional photo booth by turning each attendee interaction into part of the event’s live visual content.
The activation celebrated attendees while supporting ASAE branding, sponsor visibility, and ongoing engagement throughout the event.
SOLUTION
Popshap provided two 49 inch touchscreen kiosks equipped with cameras and customized photo booth software. The large, high resolution touchscreens gave guests a clear and easy way to begin the experience, capture their photos, and explore the completed image gallery. Popshap touchscreen kiosks are designed to support interactive content, branded experiences, videos, information, and camera based activations.
After each photo was captured, AI automation transformed the original image into a personalized themed visual. This added an unexpected creative element and gave attendees a unique digital memory connected to the celebration.
Two connected LED digital posters extended the experience beyond the kiosks by displaying the completed photos in a large, vibrant format. Popshap LED posters support images, videos, GIFs, and frequently updated content, making them a flexible solution for live galleries and event messaging. Multiple posters can also work together to create a larger, unified visual presentation.

The activation brought multiple technologies together within one connected experience. Attendees could walk up to the touchscreen kiosk, follow the branded photo booth prompts, capture an image, and view the AI generated result without needing assistance.
The kiosk cameras and customized software supported a smooth photo capture process, while the large touchscreen displays made the experience easy to see and navigate. Photo booth kiosks can also support branded designs, image galleries, digital sharing, and post event access to captured content.
The connected LED posters gave ASAE an additional way to share attendee content and keep the experience visible throughout the venue. Their large format displays helped turn individual photos into a shared celebration that other guests could see and enjoy.
