Caribe Fight Night LED Stage Experience

OVERVIEW
Caribe Fight Night needed a display setup that could carry the energy of a live boxing event from the first media moment to the final fight presentation. Popshap delivered a full LED environment for the Coral Ballroom in Orlando, creating a stage presence that looked strong in person and on camera.
The LED setup supported multiple event moments, including the press conference, weigh in, and fight night. With large format visuals, vertical banner displays, floor LED, ribbon LED, and corner builds, the event space gained a bold visual system that helped frame the fighters, promote event branding, and create a more polished production experience.
SOLUTION
Popshap built the event around a large LED stage package designed for scale, visibility, and flexibility. The back wall measured 9x8, while the front wall arch used left and right 4x9 sections with a 6x2 center top. This created a powerful backdrop that gave the stage a premium fight night look.
The team also provided six 2x7 LED banners, 22 LED floor panels around the ring, an 8x2 LED ribbon display, and four 2x3 LED corner builds. Controllers, media players, truss, accessories, labor, and tiles were included to support the full setup. The display system was built to handle the visual needs of the event while keeping the space clean, bright, and ready for a packed show.
CAPABILITIES
This project showed Popshap’s ability to support sports events that need more than one display type. From the press conference to the weigh in and fight night, the LED package helped create a consistent branded experience across every major part of the event.
The setup also showed how LED can transform a ballroom into a high energy sports venue. Large LED walls gave the stage a strong focal point, banner displays added height and visual pull, floor panels created atmosphere around the ring, and corner LED builds helped complete the full event look. With on site support and technical coordination, Popshap helped bring the fight night production together from install through removal.
