OVERVIEW
Caribe Royale hosted a multi-day boxing event featuring a press conference, official weigh-in, and fight night.
Popshap provided the LED technology and onsite support needed to create a professional stage environment throughout the event.
The installation was designed to give each event milestone a consistent visual identity while keeping fighter promotions, sponsor recognition, and event information clearly visible.
From media appearances to the main event, the digital stage helped create an energetic atmosphere that matched the excitement of fight night.
SOLUTION
The custom installation featured a 9-by-8 LED back wall and a front LED arch built with two 4-by-9 side displays and a 6-by-2 center display.
Two controllers and two media players powered the content across the installation, while truss accessories and an onsite technician supported the full production.
The coordinated setup allowed fighter graphics, sponsor content, and event branding to appear across several LED surfaces.
Popshap managed the technology onsite to help keep the displays operating smoothly from setup through the final event.

The LED installation created a flexible digital backdrop for fighter graphics, sponsor logos, event information, media appearances, and promotional content.
Content could be adjusted for the press conference, weigh-in, and fight night, allowing each stage of the event to have its own visual presentation.
