OVERVIEW
CEDIA welcomed attendees at Booth 2532 during CEDIA Expo 2026 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
Popshap provided a complete digital setup that combined a large LED wall with an interactive 49-inch touchscreen kiosk.
The equipment helped transform the booth into a more visual and engaging destination while supporting digital lead generation throughout the show.
SOLUTION
A 24-panel LED wall served as the main digital feature of the booth. The six-panel-wide by four-panel-high display used 1.9 mm RC Series LED tiles to present bright, detailed content at a large scale.
A white 49-inch touchscreen standup kiosk provided an interactive station for attendees. The kiosk included branded vinyl, a camera, and custom software designed to support engagement and lead collection.
Visitors could use the touchscreen to explore digital information and enter their details directly at the booth, creating a smoother alternative to printed forms and manual follow-up lists.
CAPABILITIES
The LED wall gave CEDIA a flexible platform for videos, branded graphics, announcements, schedules, sponsor content, and other digital messaging.
The touchscreen kiosk brought interaction and lead generation into the same experience. Its large display made content easy to navigate, while the custom software created a clear path for attendees to submit information.
A camera expanded the kiosk’s interactive capabilities, and the branded vinyl helped the equipment match the surrounding booth design.
Popshap also supplied the supporting truss and an onsite technician to help manage the technology and maintain reliable performance during the event.
