OVERVIEW
At the EMS Popshap booth, it was all about the content—bold, interactive, and unforgettable. Our cutting-edge experiential marketing strategy was on full display with a custom-designed LED room featuring an LED floor and walls, fully controlled by an intuitive touchscreen table kiosk. Visitors were invited to choose from three distinct experiences, each activated through the kiosk, which instantly transformed the environment into a fully immersive space. From the moment attendees stepped inside, they were surrounded by captivating immersive content that blurred the line between physical and digital, creating a true sensory experience.
SOLUTION
At the heart of the activation was our LED video wall for trade shows, which, along with the LED floor, brought each theme to life with vibrant motion graphics and synchronized media. The space was designed to immerse visitors from multiple angles without needing a full enclosure—proof that impactful storytelling can happen in a partially open setup. Each themed experience demonstrated how brands can create meaningful engagement through digital environments, showing the potential of LED technology and interactive design in modern exhibit spaces.
CAPABILITIES
Supporting the immersive LED room were three digital posters, each synchronized with the active experience and offering complementary informational content. These displays served as context-builders, reinforcing the message while providing attendees with useful takeaways. The seamless integration of table kiosks, interactive screens, and digital signage showcased how experiential marketing can blend engagement with education. The EMS Popshap booth didn’t just stand out—it redefined how immersive content can be delivered at trade shows.
