OVERVIEW
At the Strategic Leadership Summit, Popshap partnered with Exhibit Resources to deliver an engaging digital experience through cutting-edge technology and interactive displays. Station 1 featured six LED posters (22.7” x 75”) configured as a dynamic video wall. These screens showcased branded content, including a visually stunning video loop featuring Exhibit Resources’ logo, introductory messaging, and high-impact visuals. The content highlighted their unique value proposition and persona details, creating a powerful narrative that resonated with the audience. Accompanying the display was a sleek, white, 49-inch double-sided standup kiosk paired with an integrated speaker system, ensuring the branded message was both seen and heard with clarity and impact.
SOLUTION
Station 2 and Station 3 further elevated the attendee experience by incorporating interactive touch technology. Station 2 included a 32-inch white touchscreen table with built-in speakers, designed to enable visitors to explore content hands-on. Station 3 offered a multi-functional setup with two 15.6” Android tablets paired with headphones for personalized interactions, alongside another 32-inch touchscreen table with accompanying speakers for shared, engaging content experiences. These installations provided a mix of personal and group-oriented interactions tailored to diverse attendee preferences.

Finally, Station 4 delivered another standout display with a 49-inch double-sided standup kiosk in white, complete with an integrated speaker system. This station reinforced the messaging and visual appeal of Exhibit Resources’ booth by combining vibrant digital content with high-quality audio to captivate the audience. Across all four stations, Popshap’s solutions not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal but also provided user-friendly, tech-forward platforms for attendees to interact with the brand, making the Strategic Leadership Summit a resounding success for Exhibit Resources.
