OVERVIEW
The AAM Annual Meeting and Museum Expo aimed to enhance attendee navigation and engagement by incorporating interactive wayfinding kiosks, and Popshap was delighted to fulfill this need. We provided four state-of-the-art kiosks, each equipped with comprehensive interactive wayfinding, show information, speaker details, exhibitor info, and FAQs. These kiosks ensured attendees had all the essential information at their fingertips, facilitating a seamless and informed event experience.
SOLUTION
Beyond the main wayfinding kiosks, Popshap also contributed two additional table kiosks, designed to function as resource centers. These resource kiosks offered a wealth of information on volunteer opportunities, networking events, and a resource library. To add an element of fun and interactive learning, a Jeopardy game was included, engaging attendees and promoting knowledge sharing in a lively format. These resource centers became valuable hubs for attendees, enhancing their ability to connect, learn, and participate fully in the event.
