OVERVIEW
Popshap was proud to provide interactive wayfinding solutions through touchscreen kiosks at Cvent Connect 2024. As an event organizer, it is crucial to ensure that attendees have easy access to show information, and our touchscreen kiosks were designed to do just that. Being a gold sponsor, Popshap supplied four 49-inch touchscreen kiosks and two 49-inch touchscreen tables. Additionally, we installed a grand LED wall, composed of 2.6 tiles arranged fifteen wide by five high, resulting in a digital wall size of 25 feet wide by 8.3 feet high.
SOLUTION
Our custom-branded software transformed the touchscreen kiosks into powerful tools for attendees, offering interactive wayfinding, a detailed agenda, and a comprehensive list of speakers with their information. To add an element of fun, we also included a matching game within the kiosks. The large LED video wall played a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of the event, displaying a variety of content from showcasing Cvent Awards to broadcasting Cvent-branded videos, thereby keeping attendees engaged and informed.
