OVERVIEW
At the IIA International Conference in Toronto, Canada, we were proud to support show management with a variety of technology solutions. We provided LED wall rentals for show management, including a large LED wall for events that served as a gallery wall showcasing images from throughout the show. Attendees enjoyed seeing themselves and colleagues featured in real time, which created an interactive and memorable experience.
SOLUTION
Inside the exhibit hall, we installed a second large LED wall for events dedicated to presentations. This ensured speakers had a dynamic, professional backdrop that displayed crisp visuals and messaging visible to every attendee. To complement the LED walls, we also provided digital posters stationed outside of the education rooms. These digital posters helped attendees easily view session schedules and updates, creating a seamless way to stay informed between sessions.
CAPABILITIES
To further enhance the attendee experience, we placed charging lockers for events right inside the main entrance. These lockers offered secure and convenient charging stations so exhibitors and attendees could power their phones and stay connected throughout the day. By combining LED wall rentals for show management, digital posters, and charging lockers, we delivered a comprehensive technology package that elevated the overall event experience at the IIA International Conference.
