OVERVIEW
At Shoptalk 2025, Popshap delivered a comprehensive show management solution, leading the charge in digital engagement and LED-driven experiences. We installed a striking cube structure featuring 3D content, designed to captivate attendees from every angle. Surrounding the cube were multiple LED towers, each displaying dynamic show management content and schedules, helping guide attendees throughout the event space. With three complete tower packages, lighting installations, and over 100 LED panels on truss, the Popshap team transformed the Shoptalk show floor into an immersive hub of visual communication and branding.
SOLUTION
In addition to managing the main event infrastructure, Popshap provided custom digital signage and interactive solutions to five key exhibitors. Placer.ai utilized two 49-inch white standup kiosks with branded vinyl logos and custom software, while Shippo engaged attendees with a 49-inch white kiosk, software activation, and Kioware integration. Haus.io opted for two 32-inch white touchscreen tables with vinyl branding for a clean, modern look, and Simpler Postage (EasyPost) incorporated a 43-inch white standup kiosk with custom software and branding. Each installation was tailored to support individual exhibitor goals through sleek design and user-friendly interactivity.
CAPABILITIES
For our own Popshap booth, we showcased the full scope of our capabilities. Anchored by a 6x5 corner LED wall (Bmatrix) and a 4x5 LED wall behind it, the space featured 18 translucent LED tiles with a central Holobox, delivering eye-catching holographic content. A touchscreen table with logo branding invited visitors to explore our offerings hands-on, while four LED posters amplified the booth’s messaging with rotating content. We also supported Madison House Experiential with two double-sided white kiosks and a 10' x 8' LED wall made up of 30 panels.
