OVERVIEW
PCA 2026 used a connected system of LED and interactive technology to improve attendee navigation, increase sponsor visibility, and create a more efficient show floor experience throughout the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
The installation included a large LED wall, double sided LED kiosks, and interactive touchscreen tables positioned throughout key traffic areas to help attendees explore exhibitors, access schedules, navigate the venue, and engage with digital content in real time.
By combining large format digital displays with interactive wayfinding tools, the event created a smarter attendee journey that supported both navigation and exhibitor discovery across the convention floor.
SOLUTION
The PCA 2026 show floor was designed around visibility and movement.
A large format LED wall created a strong visual anchor visible from long distances throughout the venue, helping reinforce event branding and guide attendees toward key areas.
Double sided LED kiosks were strategically placed throughout busy walkways and gathering areas to support wayfinding, sponsor messaging, and digital event communication from multiple viewing angles.
