PepsiCo partnered with Popshap to provide four interactive touchscreen kiosks for its IBLS 2026 leadership event. The kiosks served as centralized information hubs, allowing attendees to access company resources, event information, and important updates without relying on printed materials. The result was a more organized event environment that kept information accessible while reducing visual clutter throughout the venue.
SOLUTION
Popshap supplied four 49-inch touchscreen standup kiosks featuring custom PepsiCo-branded vinyl wraps. The displays were strategically placed throughout the event space to provide attendees with self-service access to information while helping event organizers streamline communication. The branded wraps ensured each kiosk felt like an integrated part of the overall event experience rather than standalone technology.
CAPABILITIES
The touchscreen kiosks supported wayfinding, company information, event schedules, and attendee resources through a simple self-service experience. By giving attendees instant access to important information, PepsiCo improved traffic flow, reduced dependence on staffed information points, and created a more efficient event environment.
