Popshap proudly partnered with Medicarians 2025 to enhance the attendee experience by providing state-of-the-art digital signage solutions for the event. As the show managements chosen technology provider, Popshap deployed a comprehensive network of digital displays that supported both navigation and information delivery throughout the venue.
SOLUTION
A total of seven XL digital posters were strategically placed to serve as dynamic informational hubs for Medicarians' track sessions. These high-resolution displays showcased real-time updates including speaker bios, detailed session overviews, and a schedule of upcoming presentations. Designed for maximum visibility and engagement, the XL posters ensured that attendees stayed informed and on track throughout the event.
CAPABILITIES
In addition, four interactive wayfinding kiosks were installed to provide a seamless navigation experience for all guests. Each kiosk featured an interactive map, detailed show information, speaker profiles, and highlights of key sponsors. These user-friendly units empowered attendees to explore the venue efficiently while also promoting sponsor visibility and overall event engagement.
