With so many shows happening, it is not always easy to highlight everything Popshap is building across the country. From booth level activations to full show management environments, there is a lot happening behind the scenes.
Instead, we are starting a new series to spotlight a few setups that stood out and came together the right way.
Here is Part 1.
At the AAD Annual Meeting 2026, ZO Skin Health used a large LED wall to create a clean, focused visual experience that immediately stood out on the show floor.
Positioned behind the product display, the LED wall delivered high quality visuals that supported the brand without overwhelming the space. The content was simple, sharp, and aligned with the overall look, helping reinforce messaging while keeping the setup minimal.
Paired with touchscreen elements, the space gave attendees a way to learn and explore at their own pace. The balance between the LED wall and interactive touchpoints made the experience feel both educational and easy to engage with.
A strong example of how integrating LED and touchscreen technology into a clean environment can elevate both the brand and the way people interact with it.
At Natural Products Expo West, Transparent Labs used a four sided LED cube positioned at the edge of their space to immediately grab attention from multiple directions.
Placed right on the corner, the structure worked as a visual anchor that pulled people in before they even reached the main booth. With clean branding and bright content running across all sides, it stayed visible no matter where attendees were walking from.
It created a simple but effective entry point that made the space feel active and hard to miss without overcomplicating the design.
The first impression started before attendees even stepped into the space.
A large LED entrance arch framed the entire experience, instantly setting the tone and elevating the environment from the moment guests arrived. With motion driven visuals and bold branding across the structure, it became a landmark that was impossible to miss.
What made this stand out was how it defined the space. It was not just an entry point, it created a sense of arrival and gave the event a more polished, high end feel from the very first step inside.
A strong reminder that how you introduce an experience can be just as impactful as what happens inside it.
These are just a few highlights from recent shows, and there is a lot more worth breaking down.
We are continuing this series to showcase additional setups, ideas, and moments that worked on the show floor.
Part 2 coming soon.
