Standout Setups from the Show Floor Part 2

With so many shows happening, it is not always easy to highlight everything Popshap is building across the country. From booth level activations to full show management environments, there is a constant flow of new setups coming together behind the scenes.

Instead, we are continuing this series to spotlight a few more builds that stood out and delivered real impact on the show floor.

Here is Part 2.

American Planning Association: LED Counter Podcast Setup

At the American Planning Association event, the focus was on creating a space that could do more than just look good. It needed to function as a live content environment while still standing out on the show floor.

A LED counter configured as a podcast table became the centerpiece of the setup. Rather than separating branding from production, the two were combined into a single format. As content was recorded, visuals, sponsor messaging, and branded graphics ran directly through the LED surface, turning the desk itself into an active part of the experience.

The result was a clean, modern setup that stayed visually engaging at all times. Even outside of recording sessions, the LED counter continued to display motion driven content, keeping the space active and drawing attention without adding extra elements. It is a strong example of how content creation and booth design can work together seamlessly.

Modern Day Marine: Forterra LED Wall

At Modern Day Marine, Forterra focused on one thing first, visibility. In a busy show environment, being seen from across the floor is what drives initial engagement.

A large scale 1.9mm LED wall was used to anchor the booth and create that presence. The high resolution allowed for crisp visuals at any distance, while motion based content helped maintain attention as attendees moved through the space.

Positioned behind the main display area, the LED wall supported the product showcase without overwhelming it. The content remained clean and aligned with the overall brand, reinforcing messaging while keeping the setup polished and intentional.

This type of build shows how a single, well executed LED wall can define a booth and create a strong, consistent presence throughout the event.

Medicarian 2026: Touchscreen Tables for Navigation

At Medicarian 2026, the focus shifted beyond individual booths to improving how attendees moved through the entire event. Navigation played a key role in shaping that experience.

Touchscreen table kiosks were placed throughout the venue to act as interactive wayfinding hubs. Attendees could search for sessions, locate booths, and explore event information in real time, making it easier to navigate without confusion or delays.

The tables created a natural stopping point where people could quickly get what they needed and continue moving. At the same time, they introduced opportunities for branded content and sponsor placements within the interface, adding value beyond basic functionality.

This approach shows how simple, well placed technology can improve the overall flow of an event while enhancing the attendee experience at scale.

GEO Conference: The Align Companies LED Wall and Touchscreen Combo

At the GEO Conference, The Align Companies built a booth that balanced strong visual impact with hands-on interaction. The goal was not just to attract attention, but to keep people engaged once they stepped inside.

A LED wall created the initial draw, using bold visuals and motion to stand out from across the show floor. Once attendees entered the space, a touchscreen table kiosk provided a deeper level of interaction, allowing them to explore content, learn more, and engage directly with the brand.

This combination created a natural flow from attraction to engagement. The LED wall brought people in, while the touchscreen experience gave them a reason to stay longer and interact.

It is a clear example of how combining display and interaction can turn a booth into a more complete experience without increasing complexity.
