OVERVIEW
At the ASAE Annual event, Popshap partnered with eShow to enhance event management by delivering a seamless experience through our advanced event management kiosks. These kiosks were essential for streamlining the registration process, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in for attendees. Additionally, we provided show management with interactive event management kiosks equipped with wayfinding software, event schedules, and comprehensive show information. To elevate engagement, a 360 photo booth was included, allowing guests to create and share dynamic videos, boosting the event's visibility on social media.
SOLUTION
Beyond the ASAE Annual event, Popshap extended its solutions to four other clients, each benefiting from our exhibitor kiosks and digital signage tailored to their specific needs. For Discover the Palm Beaches, our LED posters integrated seamlessly into their booth design, showcasing branded videos that captured the attention of attendees. Our long-standing partner CNTV utilized a touchscreen table and LED poster to enhance their interactive capabilities, while eShow benefited from our standing kiosks and an LED video wall, amplifying the event's visual impact.

Finally, our collaboration with Gather Voices featured a sleek 49" stand-up kiosk, perfectly designed for displaying essential company information. This strategic deployment not only enhanced the visual appeal of their booth but also facilitated effective communication with event participants.
